joy memphis, Tennessee I am a concerned person who is very much disturbed by the racial gaps that exist in my community. In my class of 165 students there are about forty minorities. The class is very divided. We only cross racial barriers on a professional level but rarely on a social level. All communication b/t the races seems very superficial.
